- 16th Dec 08 - Tiles appt with National Tiles.
- 26th Nov 08 - Home Loan approved by bank, land contract becomes unconditional.
- 15th Nov 08 - Homeloan application submitted to bank through Broker.
- 9th Nov 08 - Land offer accepted by vendor.
- 8th Nov 08 - $600 deposit paid to PD Prestige to build Illoura 33 home.
- 8th Nov 08 - Put offer on block of land/sign contract.
- 4th Nov 08 - First visit to PD display homes.
